Ingredients
4 tablespoons (soup) of oil .
1 cup (tea) of popcorn .
1 cup (tea) of sugar
Method of preparation
In a saucepan to make their own popcorn, put the olive oil, corn and sugar. Take the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until sugar is caramel-colored light. Be careful not to burn. Cover popper and lower the heat. Cook, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes or until the grains burst. Remove pan from heat and transfer popped corn into a bowl. Arrange the popcorn and serve in individual bags, then into bowls. Tip: if you do not own the pot, shake the pan out during the normal cooking.
